Booking Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Your show will begin at the time shown on your booking, so please arrive in the Zoom meeting 5-10 minutes prior.

2. If you are unfamiliar with the Zoom Meetings software, please familiarise yourself with it prior to your show time to avoid disruptions.

3. You may not adjust the maximum number of participants in your game after booking, if you enter the meeting with more participants than booked, only the allotted amount will be admitted on a first come first served basis.

4. If no participants have entered / requested access to the Zoom meeting in the first 15 minutes of the show, the show will be terminated without refund or a reschedule. Please ensure that you make a note of your booking date and time to avoid this.

5. Bookings cannot be made less than 48 hours before the show time, nor more than 60 days in advance of the present.

6. Bookings are non refundable however if you require a reschedule and at least 24 hours notice is given, your booking can be rescheduled to an available future date, providing one is available.

7. We have a zero tolerance policy on any abusive, disruptive or threatening behaviour and we reserve the right to terminate a show at any time at our discretion, for the safety of our hosts or the players.

8. No prizes are guaranteed and prize contents may vary from team to team.
